Snow covers much of the two continent country for most of the year, but the weather is nice from May to September. Visit Moscow Russia in the summer for sunsets that linger until sunrise and warmer temperatures. Some of the best museums in Russia are located in Moscow. These include the Armory Museum with Faberge Eggs, as well as royal carriages and jewels. The largest collection of Russian art is housed in the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow.



Be sure not to miss the museum dedicated to Russian space exploration and race with America to be the first country in space. The Museum of Cosmonautics. There is also a Museum dedicated to Lenin along Red Square, in Moscow with Lenin's embalmed body on display. For the kids, check out Gorky Park witch is an amusement park with rides and games. There is even an abandoned space shuttle that has been turned into a ride.

The Kremlin and Red Square at night is a sight not to be missed with all of the twinkeling domes and lighted arches. If you have a lot of time to really experience Moscow, consider taking a private tour or hiring a driver for the day for a truly unique Russian experience. And I can accompany you (if you are german- or english-speaking traveller)in your trip. I'm 18, student.
